Cosmos Square Inc., acquired content development activities from 01 COMMUNICATIONS INC. including its interactive and streaming media division: TelepathMedia, with its Cosmos Square project and work, as well as the content on its DNAOS-based Web sites and portals, as well as its DVD and streaming media production.

Consonance
Cosmos Square also acquired 01's content and pedagogical material publishing division: Les Editions Consonance/Consonance Publishing, including all the theoretical research work and findings inherited from the Pantonal Research Institute and its predecessor, the Conrad Letendre Research Institute.

Focus
With this transaction, 01 COMMUNICATIONS concentrates its work and resources on technology and infrastructure solutions while Cosmos Square Inc. concentrates its work and resources on content development and application.

Partnership
The partnership also guaranties that 01 COMMUNICATIONS provides infrastructure and technology solutions to Cosmos Square Inc., including the DNAOS technology required for its operations and for implementing the Cosmos Square project.

Continuity
Primarily created to develop and implement knowledge sharing virtual environments, and especially the metaphor-based Cosmos Square virtual environment, Cosmos Square Inc. will maintain the activities of its two other divisions (e.g. TelepathMedia and Consonance), with the related trademarks.

Consequently, previous work samples include work from over 4 decades, including previous work from 01 COMMUNICATIONS' operations. Covering a relatively wide range this work includes technology solutions and distributed multimedia content applications. These are grouped here under IT and Media sections respectively.
