6.1.3.2. Media

This section briefly presents content work developed or inherited and operated by Cosmos Square Inc., including Web Portals, Sites, and applications, animation and streaming content, as well as virtual world collaborations.

6.1.3.2.1. Portals, Sites, Applications
Especially since 2000, 01 have also been designing, developing, operating, and hosting their own distributed portal platform, based at hyperbase.com, including an English and a French music application portals, with sites and catalogs, as well as many multimedia content sites and management applications, for technology, business, knowledge sharing, and eLearning. 6.1.3.2.2. Animation
Since 1971, 01 has had teams developing 3D animation, including animation for Canadian national advertisers like Molson and Loto-Quebec, as well as for major TV networks including SRC, TVA, RQ/TeleQuebec, MuchMusic, MusiquePlus.

01 produced musical video clips that have been playing on Canadian networks for three decades.

For three decades also, 01 has been producing industrial and educational 3D animated and streaming presentations, tutorials, and training programs, including for Speedware/Activant, AD OPT Technologies/Kronos, Softimage/Microsoft/Autodesk, the MusicPhenomenon.com portal, GrosBonChant.com on-line applications, MusicNovatory.com, TelepathMedia.com, the OMG (Object Management Group), and others.

01 contributed to live performance animation projects including Images du Futur, SoftImage's interactive animation theater, and presentations at McGill, Concordia, UQAM, and UdeM Universities, as well as CEGEPs and colleges.

6.1.3.2.3. Virtual World Collaboration
Social networking virtual worlds offer optimal distributed collaboration environments and 01 has been contributing to the OpenVCE (Virtual Collaboration Environments), WoSCR (Whole of Society Crises Response), and JOE (Joint Operating Environment) projects and international collaboration experiments, including contributions with the University of Edinburgh as well as the US Army Research Laboratory, especially through SecondLife an OpenSim environments.
