6.3.1.2. Operational Tracks

Operational tracks are typically application level tracks that require some working infrastructure. Consequently they really reach full operational level at mid project and carry on from there.

Operational tracks are of two main types: Operation and Guidance, where the first initially has higher priority. As work progresses the priorities get somewhat reversed.
