4.2.9. Topic

Relative to both vertical and radial orientation axis, knowledge topics are spread around a circular axis, around a central vertical axis, on any horizontal plane.

Defined from the four Cosmos Square Lands, the circular topic axis always remains relative and subject to the radial (e.g Simple) and vertical (e.g. Basic) axis.

As well, the Topical axis applies at all levels of either and both vertical and radial orientation axis, including all underground and overground levels.
