6.4.1.8. Mr Claude Deom

With a Bachelor in Finance and in Accounting from Montreal's Advanced Commercial Studies school (HEC) of the University of Montreal, Mr Claude Deom worked for the Canadian Revenue Agency from 1976 to 1986.

Mr Claude Deom started his private practice as a Member of the Order of Chartered Administrators (ADM.A.) in early 1987, until he founded Multiples Competences Inc. at the end of 2005.

Mr Claude Deom is also CFO for 01 COMMUNICATIONS INC. since 1988, as well as for Cosmos Square Inc. since the company creation in late 2009.

Not only Mr Claude Deom closely knows some of the key partner companies behind the Cosmos Square project, but he also coordinated most of the preliminary and leading R&D operation financing, including projects with the Canadian National Research Center, as well as Alethis Software Inc., and Galasoft Inc.

Mr Claude Deom is a sharp, straight, and trusted financial and fiscal adviser, as well as an effective accountant for the Cosmos Square project.
