3.2.2.4.2. Interactive AI-driven Support Bots

Embedded in the Cosmos Square metaphor, AI-driven robots (bots) also contribute to support users and operations. The most notable examples are the 4 Cosmos Square logic foundation statues (e.g. Simplicity, Regularity, Symmetry, and Hierarchy) that typically reside on their pedestals on the fountain in the middle of the Square, which are known to come down and visit the different Cosmos Square locations to interact and support users, each with its own angle on things.

These bots are also known to multiply instantiate themselves so that each instance can cater to specific or located requirements. Their actions and interventions can be triggered by series of factors including user requests, context, event sequences, and scheduling.

While these are samples of human like bots, many Cosmos Square artifacts are "smart" artifacts that use animation, interaction, and multimedia to hint and guide user experience and operation.
